  We were greeted by Sam at The Back Store in Peoria’s Northwoods Mall. He was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed to understand this was a big decision for us. Without knowing a thing about us, he took the time to explain how the different types of mattresses tend to perform and what we could typically expect long term from each demo we tried in the store. We decided on a couple of options and after careful consideration, decided to purchase our selection. Sam was detailed and professional, while taking the time to get to know our needs to help with the right mattress selection. We could not be more delighted with our experience. We are so thankful we stopped in to The Back Store at Northwoods Mall, and more importantly, had the opportunity to work with Sam. He clearly loves what he does. Thank you, Sam!
