  Called the Peoria Benson's for repair on ice maker on side by side refrigerator. Tech came out did diagnosis. Ordered heater part. Came out week later to install new part. Tech broke new part installing it. Had to reorder part. After a week I called Benson's requested update. Tech didn't call back. Next day called to speak with manager. He was VERY ARROGANT. He said part will be another couple days. I asked why no communication. He said sarcastically "we can't make the part". I told him this was terrible customer service. I have to buy ice every other day now. I asked if I will be compensated for the inconvenience. He repeated "we can't make the part". This manager didn't care about the customer service. Gave them (ONE) star because system wouldn't let me give zero.
