  My experience was HORRIBLE!!! I came there with my children to shop and actually over heard one of the employees talking to a manager about how my kids had no home training... the manager never intervened and asked her to stop or anything. I was beyond humiliated and I tried to call corporate and they basically told me that someone would give me a call and never did i am still in the process of trying to get a hold of the highest person in charge... because that's not how you run a business, the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

  I always find super cute outfits here for cheap. The clothing holds up good after several washes and I am totally a citi trends addict!! This store has always been neat, clean, and easy to maneuver through. They offer a large variety of clothing for men, women, juniors, and infants and plenty to choose from in my size, which is plus. The workers are very nice and the store is usually well stocked. I will return again very soon!
