  I was having serious issues with installing High Sierra on my iMac when, suddenly, my entire hard drive crapped out on me. I was panicked, but I called Experimac and ended up taking my computer to them. My iMac now runs like new! The service was fantastic, their staff are knowledgeable and kind, and I didn't break the bank with my repair costs. When discussing costs, there was nothing but honesty. No hidden agendas, just straightforward service. I was discussing upgrades over the phone and was actually talked out of doing a couple of things because of the cost running up. I appreciated that, as opposed to being talked into more things than I needed. I highly recommend their service. I also noticed some great prices on refurbished Apple products as well, if you happen to be in the market for a new device.
