  Depending on who you are you might get a discount my boyfriend did but I couldn't supposedly friends and family well he's a friend of someone I don't know about lol and got a necklace smaller than a pea for 400 almost 500 dollars not worth it.

  Helzberg is the McDonalds of jewelry stores. The staff was very unpleasant, the whole experience felt like I was going through the window of a fast food joint. I've been getting junk mail once a day since I bought the ring. I'm spending a lot of money (to me) at your establishment at least act like you care. The lady that I talked to was fickle depending on who (myself or my fiancé) walked into the place, maybe if I spent more than a grand she would be more accommodable. The ring is very nice and everything seems to be working so far. Staff is 100% why I will never go back to Helzberg.
