  My fiancé and I have been to this location about 3 times recently looking at necklaces and wedding rings. Each time we wait and wait and no service, not even someone saying hello or they will be with us shortly (maybe because we look young but we are frequent jewelry buyers- at least 4 pieces in the past 2 years). Well we were in there yesterday looking at wedding bands with no acknowledgment by staff for quite some time so we went across the hall and made our purchase there. Wouldn't even consider going to Kay in the future, Zales and Rogers and Hollands are far superior, at least we receive good service. Even piercing pagoda is better, we have recently made a purchase there too.

  If you want to be screwed with no lube go to this store manager is absolutely useless. They will sign your name on your papers, lie to you and change things in the computer.This is the worst service ever they think I'm dumb because I'm young. If you love getting the run around this is the store for you.
