  I order parts for my dishwasher. They sent me the wrong parts. So I called them back to order the correct parts. They stated that it would take 7 days to get them from the factory and then 7 days to receive them at my home. I thought I didn't have any other options so I ordered them. The 14 days past and my upper rack in my dishwasher was barely hanging on. So I looked on Amazon, found the parts, ordered them and had them at my house in less than 5 days. I returned the first set of parts (on day 30) to get refunded. Keep in mind that these were the wrong parts that they sent me. They charged me a restocking fee of over $30 for the wrong parts. Needless to say I will look at Amazon first from now on. Oh yea and Amazon parts were 60% of the cost of the Marcone parts.
