  I never write reviews but this company has been the worst I have had ever had to deal with. Last year was a nightmare to get them to take down my awnings since they "forgot" about our awnings. The year before that they "lost" the awnings in their storage and only found them in September. This year they sent a letter in November saying they no longer have storage space and we will need to find another company. I'm glad that I will not have to deal with Peoria Awning Co anymore!

  I recently took my boat cover to Peoria awning for a small tear in the fabric.when I arrived,I was greeted by the receptionist and she kindly said she would get the technician Roberto to look at the repair area of the cover. He said he could repair it,no problem. He said it would probably be the next day for to pick it up. Well, they called me four hours later,the same day,and said it was ready for pick up.They are a very good company to deal with and the repair was done in excellent fashion. Will tell all my boating friends to take Thier business there.THanks again Peor
