They take the time to explain what their products are and why they are useful. The co-owner, Adam, is extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they deserve it. With this being the time of year everyone is trying to get back into shape, I would highly recommend stopping in here for general advice no matter if you are a novice or experienced athlete. There is something for everyone here!
