  Awful! I would not even given them 1 star! The person we talked to about switching had no clue about the offers. Half of the promos they said they had were expired when they tried to put them in the computer. The guy we talked to had friends who kept coming in the store to talk to him while we were there. When we got our first bill we had been charged for a phone that was supposed to be free. I had to call sprint to fix this because they can not do that in the store. I did the buy out on my contract from another carrier. I was told to bring my bill in and they would send it in to sprint, so I did.....yep never happened. So I had to call Sprint again who said they never received it from the store. Oh and the online and phone support for sprint is terrible. If you are thinking of switching DON'T!!!!!!!
