After sleeping on it for awhile, we realized we needed a firmer mattress. I called and they immediately came and picked it up to fix it to our liking. Not many places, if any, that I know of would do this! The guys who picked up the mattress were very nice and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Verlo to anyone searching for a mattress! Customer service is outstanding!
